Summer haul 20-17

A season to finally Chill and relax ! It is finally time to bring out crop tops, skirts, dresses, shorts and feel free to wear less layer.

Ps: I am sorry is i've been less active these past days. Because i have been stuggeling a lot with studies therefore didn't have much vacation but still find time to chill a bit with family and friends. Anyways, here are some outfits I wore troughout my summer.

The gal crush

Sometimes you just want to show that you have a badass side. This look is a combo of looking confident and pretty in one outfit. that is why black and pink goes well together (pink represents for me the sweetness, prettyness and the kindness and black the badass and the confident.) and for accessories, hair and makeup i just kept it simple cause badass gal don't have time. 2 buns, red lip + eyeliner, fishnet tights and a black chocker.

Somber in bloom

Summer is also about being classy for special occasions so i paired a flaired pant ,a wite crop top and a black leather jacket. For accessories my favorite sunglass from etang noir, my diy choker and my golden roma bag that you can always see in my instagram feed.

All in unexpensive price ( i spent 20.00€ ). This outfit is now a trend in scrolling my instagram i found lots of fashion bloggers wearing this flaired pant.

Fun fact: When i first bought a flaired pant i really felt comfortable because it doesn't stick on your skin, specially when it is a hot weather.

Golf party

With an inviting weather, my family / friends wanted to have a golf party together so we went to " Le domaine de Huizingen" . It was the opporunity for me to zone out a little from all the stress and spend some time with my family. I didn't take much picture of my outfit because i really wanted to spend time just being with them.

Outfit: i am wearing a wite T-shirt underneath a skirt you can't see it in the picture but i put a short because the skirt was a bit too short. I paired this outfit with a Bob, sunglass, etang noir tote bag, chocker and my Kappa Vintage shoes.

Training and so What ?

When you are just to lazy to think about what you want to wear, Sports wear are a trend this days.

This outfit doesn't even take 1hour to think about what you are going to pair with your training you just throw a crop sweatshirt and some accessories to make a little bit stylish then there you have an lazy and fast outfit without even thinking.

Fun fact: I was the first client of the day when i went to the Pull&bear shop (one of my favorite shop in the city) so they let me in with the staff and was lucky to have the shop only for me. you know that feeling when you can choose your clothes peacefully and have time to try all of them.

The checkered dress

It reminds me of the 60' when women started wearing checkered dress. the fabric is called Gingham, plane woven made with dyed cotton. Apparently it is generally reserved for young people and it is said that it's been used throughout the world due to it being inexpensive to produce, easy to wash, durable and simple in design.

According to Visforvintage, the origin of the word is interesting since the fabric was manufactured in Dutch-colonised Malaysia and Indonesia yet also in India. It was exported to Europe in the 17th Century and later to the USA before local manufacture was set up in the 18th Century. The word appears to derive from the Malaysian word genggang meaning ‘striped’ and adopted by the Dutch.

Rock with me

Going to a festival? My outfit is a simple black and red mesh dress.

Mesh in clothing, is a loosely woven or knitted fabric that has a large number of closely spaced holes. We usually saw them worn by american celebrities like Jennifer Aniston from friends and was a trend in 1997 the year that i was born and now it's coming back in 2017.

Moreover, I really love the little touch in the side of the dress it kinda' gives a little vibe.

Oh and this dress can be similar from sports outfits but a little more casual.

French Pique-nique

Flower Carpet in the city hall. The event most visited by tourist with its original theme every year. This year was fruits and veggies. Artists shows their talent by decorating the city hall and for them to promote a little their masterpiece. this was the best place for me to do a little OOTD picture.

for this event i wore a open sholdered top and a classic pant. For accessory i paired the outfit with a small scarf for a french touch.

Pink angel

I call this outfit pink angel because these days i really like baby pink color.

The color brings the little baby in you, the younger years. Reminds me the little me when my mom used to dress me up like a doll with bright colors like wite, pink, green etc.

Baby pink is in the palette of pastel colors that you usually find in lolita outfits and ulzzang inspired by asian youth.

" Bring out the baby you with playing pastel colors "
